This page explains what Selfolio stores and how the MVP uses that information.

What we collect

Selfolio stores the information needed to run your account and public page. This includes your account email, page name, password hash, profile content, sections, links, and basic total profile views.

Account information

Your email is used for account access, email verification, email changes, and password reset messages. Selfolio stores a password hash, not your raw password.

Public page content

Your public page content is visible to anyone with the link. This can include your public title, labels, description, sections, and outside links.

Profile views

Selfolio tracks simple total profile views for your private dashboard. Profile views are private to the account owner and are not shown publicly. Link clicks are not tracked.

Cookies

Cookies are used for login sessions and simple profile view counting. The profile view cookie helps count at most one view per visitor browser per profile per day.

Email verification and password reset

Selfolio stores hashed verification and reset tokens with expiry times so account actions can be confirmed safely.

What we do not sell

Selfolio does not sell user data.

Data deletion

Deleting your account removes the account and related page data, including profile content, sections, links, verification records, reset tokens, and profile views.
